Accessing Chapter Lists/Rosters

Welcome to NAIFA's new online reporting for chapters!

To access your chapter reports, you will need to sign into the NAIFA community site. If you have not signed into the NEW community yet, follow Steps 1-3 below. Skip to Step 4 if you know your username and password and can successfully login to the NAIFA community site.

Step 1: Reset Your Password

On the password reset page, put the email address tied to your NAIFA profile in the box provided. IMPORTANT: Everyone has been assigned a new username in the new system. Your old NAIFA Member ID will NOT work as your username.

Step 2: Check Your Inbox for Link

Check your inbox for an email from The email may go to your junk email, spam folder or to your unfocused inbox if you are using the latest version of outlook, so check those places if you don't see it right away. Click the link or button in the email you received and create your new password.

Step 3: Login to the Community

Login to the community using your new password. Your username is your email address unless you have changed it to something else. If your email address is shared by many people in your office, you will need to contact NAIFA to obtain your username.

Step 4: Access Your Chapter Group

After you login, you will be taken to your profile. If you have navigated away from your profile, you can return to your profile by selecting the "My Profile" link at the top of the page. From the profile page, select "Groups" from the menu.

You will be taken to a list of the groups to which you currently belong. To access chapter reports, you must be listed as an administrator of the group. If you don't see your name listed, please contact your chapter staff and ask to be added as an administrator and they will instruct NAIFA to include you as an administrator. Click the name of the group to enter the group.


Step 5: Access Your Available Reports

From your group dashboard, select the Admin drop down on the right side of the page. Choose Available Reports from this drop down menu. This will open a page with all of your available reports to download. If you are an administrator of a state chapter, and your state has local chapters, you will also have access to local chapter reports within your state. 

Step 6: How Do I Know Which Report to Run? 

Current Members: This report contains ONLY members who are current as of today. If a member is expired, even by one day, they do not show up in the Current Members report. 

Recently Expired Members: This report contains members who are expired within the last 90 days. 

Lapsed Members: This report contains members who expired between 90 days and 1 year ago. 

Step 7: Exporting Your Report

After you click to view the report, you can export the report to a CSV format to save it on your computer.
