Mission

The NAIFA Leadership in Life Institute (LILI) develops leaders by fostering personal growth, enhancing business practices and developing skills necessary for effective leadership.

The course offers:

Taking the course is an investment in oneself and the returns on the investment can be infinite. Graduates consistently report that LILI gives them the tools to succeed and 70% report a measurable increase in the growth of their business since graduating.

The LILI program is only available for NAIFA members. By enrolling in LILI, I confirm that I am either a NAIFA member of at least 1 year or that I am a new NAIFA member with at least 5 years of industry experience.

I commit to complete all required LILI assignments while enrolled in the program. Following completion of the the LILI program, I commit to provide two years of service as a NAIFA Leader.

I understand the purpose of the NAIFA Leadership in Life Institute and I will devote the time and resources necessary to complete the program. I have sought and received the full support of the important people in my life, including my employer. I understand that even though emergencies may arise, I am expected to attend every session. I understand that the first and last sessions, including graduation which is considered a part of the last session, are required and if I miss the first or last session for any reason, I will be asked to withdraw from the program and no portion of tuition will be refunded. I further confirm that I will be able to attend all six sessions in their entirety. I attest that I am not currently, nor have I ever been the subject of any insurance or securities regulatory investigation or action.
